Enequi AB (“Enequi” or “we”) value your privacy. That is why we will protect your personal data the best way we can including compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Notice will give you information on how we collect and process your personal data.
We collect your personal data and process this to be able to fulfil our obligations to you under the contract between us, to improve our products and services, to meet regulations and legal requirements but also to ensure you can get product news and updates in a convenient way.

When the professional installer (the electrician) processes your personal data during installation and when servicing you, the installer is the controller of such data.
The personal data we process is what you provide to us when signing up to the App. We ask for your name, your e-mail address and your password. If you are representing a company, we can also register your company details. The information we ask for is necessary in order for us to register your account and to fulfil the contract between us and this is the legal basis for our processing.
We will store and process data such as location name (name of the system which may include location at your choice), pictures of rooms and pictures of locations which you or the installer provide during system set-up and system editing.
During installation the professional installer (the electrician) will provide information such as your name and address, the location of the system installation (where it is done) and when it is done.
The information collected from system set-up is necessary in order for us to fulfil the contract between us and this is the legal basis for our processing.
The location of the Product is collected for the purpose of system backup and remote control. If such data is not provided you will not be able to control the Product remotely.
The location and name of the Product is also processed for us to be able to give you the right service and support. Without such data we are not able to give you service and support.
The pictures you provide will only be processed to enhance your experience. Without such data we can not enhance your experience of the App.
The information collected during use is necessary in order for us to fulfil the contract between us and this is the legal basis for our processing. We also collected data to enhance your experience which is based on the legal basis legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is to enhance our products and services and conduct our business in a continuous manner.
By giving your consent within the App we will also analyse your usage of Product and App to gain more knowledge about users to improve both Product and App. This will include personal preferences, such as when the Product is switched on and off, what settings you like to use. This will make the Product and App adaptive to you as a user. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
When you have given your consent within the App your e-mail will be used for direct marketing purposes such as newsletters, product updates etc. This will be sent to you up until you withdraw your consent, which you are entitled to do at any time.
We secure data by restricted use where only employees that need to know information will be able to handle it. We may also share your information with selected parties and supplier as described below:

We keep your personal data for as long as you use your account and the App. Once you unregister your user account or ask us to delete certain data the data will be erased.
Data might be stored longer than described above but only to the extent where we are required to do so by law or to meet decisions and regulations made by authorities.
Right to access: You have the right to know what personal data about you we are processing. Upon request from you, we will provide you with information about our processing of your personal data, free of charge.
Correction of erroneous information: You have the right to request that we correct erroneous or incomplete information about yourself.
Erasure of certain data: You have the right to request erasure of your personal data under certain conditions. In some cases, we must save your personal data owing to legal requirements or if we need to retain certain data in order to establish, enforce or defend a legal claim.
Right to restrict processing of your personal data: You have the right to demand restriction on our processing of your personal data in certain cases, for example if we are investigating if your personal data is correct after a request of correction from you.
Right to object to our processing of your personal data: You have the right, under certain conditions, to object our processing of your personal data. However, we may continue the processing of your data if we have compelling legitimate reasons outweighing your privacy interests.
Right to data portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data you have provided us. You also have the right to request that we transfer your personal data to another controller.
